🏵️Ngày 26/11/2025, trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo đã long trọng tổ chức Hội nghị Viên chức, Người lao động năm học 2025–2026. Đây là dịp quan trọng để nhà trường nhìn lại kết quả thực hiện Nghị quyết năm học trước, đồng thời thảo luận và thống nhất phương hướng, nhiệm vụ cho giai đoạn tiếp theo của năm học.
🌻Hội nghị có sự tham dự của cô Lê Thanh Hương – Bí thư Chi bộ, Hiệu trưởng, thầy Phan Ngọc Tới – Chủ tịch Công đoàn, cùng toàn thể cán bộ, viên chức và người lao động của nhà trường. Sự hiện diện đông đủ thể hiện tinh thần đoàn kết, trách nhiệm và quyết tâm đóng góp vào sự phát triển chung.
🎊Tại hội nghị, cô Lê Thanh Hương trình bày các nội dung trọng tâm:
• Kiểm điểm việc thực hiện các chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước.
• Kiểm điểm việc thực hiện Nghị quyết Hội nghị Viên chức, Người lao động năm học 2024–2025 và các quy định về thực hiện dân chủ trong đơn vị.
• Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2024–2025 và phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học 2025–2026.
🌺Hội nghị cũng lắng nghe các báo cáo của Ban Thanh tra nhân dân và Công đoàn nhà trường về hoạt động giám sát, phong trào thi đua và những kết quả nổi bật trong năm học 2024–2025.
Những ý kiến thảo luận, đóng góp cho các dự thảo văn kiện đã được nêu lên thẳng thắn, trách nhiệm. Tất cả các thắc mắc của viên chức – người lao động đều được cô Lê Thanh Hương giải đáp rõ ràng, thỏa đáng. Hội nghị tiến hành thông qua dự thảo Nghị quyết năm 2026, các quy chế nội bộ, đồng thời thực hiện ký kết Giao ước thi đua giữa đại diện nhà trường – cô Lê Thanh Hương và đại diện Công đoàn – thầy Phan Ngọc Tới.
☘️ Hội nghị khép lại trong không khí phấn khởi khi 100% CB–GV–NV thống nhất với các chỉ tiêu trong Nghị quyết. Với sự đoàn kết – thống nhất – quyết tâm cao của toàn thể tập thể sư phạm, tin rằng trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo sẽ tiếp tục phát triển bền vững và đạt nhiều thành tựu trong năm học 2025–2026. ✨✨
🏵️ On November 26, 2025, Tran Hung Dao Primary School
solemnly held the 2025–2026 Civil Servants and Employees Conference. This
important annual event provided an opportunity for the school to review the
implementation of the previous school year’s Resolution while discussing and
agreeing on key directions and tasks for the remainder of the current school
year.
🌻 The conference was attended by Ms. Le Thanh Huong,
Party Cell Secretary and Principal; Mr. Phan Ngoc Toi, Chairman of the Trade
Union; together with all administrators, teachers, staff members, and employees
of the school. The full participation of the school community reflected a
strong spirit of unity, responsibility, and commitment to the school’s
continued development.
🎊 During the conference, Ms. Le Thanh Huong presented
the key reports, including: * A review of the implementation of the Party’s and
the State’s policies and guidelines. * An evaluation of the implementation of
the 2024–2025 Civil Servants and Employees Conference Resolution and the
school’s democratic regulations. * A report on the achievements of the
2024–2025 school year and the directions and objectives for the 2025–2026
school year.
🌺 The conference also heard reports from the People’s
Inspection Board and the School Trade Union, highlighting their supervisory
activities, emulation movements, and outstanding achievements during the
2024–2025 school year. Constructive discussions and responsible contributions
to the draft documents were actively shared. All questions and concerns raised
by teachers, staff, and employees were thoroughly and satisfactorily addressed
by Ms. Le Thanh Huong. The conference approved the 2026 Draft Resolution, adopted
the school’s internal regulations, and witnessed the signing of the Emulation
Commitment Agreement between the school administration, represented by Ms. Le
Thanh Huong, and the Trade Union, represented by Mr. Phan Ngoc Toi.

The conference concluded in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere, with 100%
of teachers, staff, and employees unanimously approving the targets outlined in
the Resolution. With a shared spirit of unity, determination, and
collaboration, Tran Hung Dao Primary School is confident in continuing its
sustainable development and achieving even greater successes throughout the
2025–2026 school year. ✨
