🌻Sáng ngày 28/01/2026, trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo đã tổ chức chuyên đề tập huấn “Đào tạo nhận thức An toàn thông tin cho ngành giáo dục” dành cho toàn thể giáo viên nhà trường. Buổi tập huấn do thầy Lê Nghĩa Lâm – Chuyên viên An toàn thông tin, đơn vị VNPT trực tiếp triển khai.
🌻Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số được triển khai mạnh mẽ trong giáo dục, việc ứng dụng các nền tảng số như sổ liên lạc điện tử, thư viện số, chữ ký số, hệ thống quản lý văn bản, hợp đồng điện tử, bài giảng số, dạy học trực tuyến, E-learning… đã mang lại nhiều tiện ích, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý và chất lượng dạy học. Tuy nhiên, đi cùng những lợi ích đó là nguy cơ tiềm ẩn về mất an toàn thông tin, đặc biệt liên quan đến dữ liệu học sinh, phụ huynh, giáo viên và nhà trường.
🌻Chuyên đề đã chỉ rõ những rủi ro an toàn thông tin trong giáo dục hiện nay, như: rò rỉ hồ sơ cá nhân, khai thác trái phép dữ liệu sổ liên lạc điện tử, giả mạo giáo viên hoặc nhà trường để lừa đảo phụ huynh chiếm đoạt tài sản, gây ảnh hưởng đến uy tín nhà trường và sự an toàn của học sinh.
🌻Báo cáo viên đã giúp giáo viên nhận diện các hình thức tấn công mạng phổ biến và các loại mã độc nguy hiểm như: Adware, Spyware, Botnet, Rootkit, Trojan, Ransomware. Nguyên nhân chủ yếu dẫn đến nhiễm virus xuất phát từ việc sử dụng phần mềm không bản quyền, thiếu phần mềm diệt virus, truy cập wifi công cộng không an toàn hoặc không cập nhật kịp thời các bản vá bảo mật. Những dấu hiệu như máy chậm, treo máy, không mở được tệp tin, dung lượng ổ cứng bất thường là cảnh báo cần được xử lý sớm.
🏵️Đặc biệt, chuyên đề nhấn mạnh các hình thức lừa đảo tinh vi (phishing): giả mạo email, tin nhắn, đường link khẩn cấp để thao túng tâm lý; mạo danh giáo viên gọi điện cho phụ huynh. Qua đó, giáo viên được trang bị kỹ năng nhận diện, phòng tránh và xử lý tình huống một cách chủ động, tỉnh táo.
🔆Song song với nội dung thực tiễn, buổi tập huấn giúp giáo viên nắm vững nền tảng pháp lý về an toàn thông tin trong giáo dục, đặc biệt là Nghị định 85/2016/NĐ-CP quy định 05 cấp độ an toàn hệ thống thông tin (trong đó cấp độ 3 liên quan đến giáo dục, cấp độ 2 áp dụng cho nhà trường) và Quyết định 1230/QĐ-SGDĐT (Điều 4, 19, 21) về trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin của giáo viên.
🌻Từ đó, giáo viên được hướng dẫn các biện pháp phòng tránh thiết thực: cài đặt phần mềm diệt virus có bản quyền; đặt mật khẩu mạnh tối thiểu 12 ký tự, thay đổi định kỳ, kích hoạt xác thực đa yếu tố; sao lưu dữ liệu an toàn; thực hiện khóa màn hình, đăng xuất tài khoản sau khi sử dụng. Đối với nhà trường, việc xây dựng kịch bản ứng phó và diễn tập an toàn thông tin được xác định là giải pháp cần thiết, lâu dài.
🏵️Buổi tập huấn khẳng định rõ: 95% sự cố mất an toàn thông tin xuất phát từ yếu tố con người, vì vậy mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên chính là mắt xích quan trọng nhất trong việc phòng ngừa rủi ro, bảo vệ an toàn cho bản thân, học sinh, phụ huynh và dữ liệu nhà trường.
💐Kết thúc chuyên đề, giáo viên tham gia bài kiểm tra trắc nghiệm và được cấp chứng chỉ An toàn thông tin mạng, góp phần nâng cao năng lực số và văn hóa ứng xử an toàn trên không gian mạng.
🌱 An toàn thông tin không chỉ là yêu cầu kỹ thuật, mà còn là trách nhiệm và ý thức của mỗi thành viên trong nhà trường, góp phần xây dựng trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo chủ động chuyển đổi số, vững vàng trước rủi ro, lấy học sinh làm trung tâm, niềm tin phụ huynh làm nền tảng và an toàn số làm giá trị cốt lõi.

Cybersecurity Awareness Training for the Education Sector

On the morning of January 28, 2026, Tran Hung Dao Primary School organized a
professional training session entitled “Cybersecurity Awareness Training for
the Education Sector” for all teachers. The workshop was delivered by Mr. Le
Nghia Lam, an Information Security Specialist from VNPT.

As digital transformation continues to accelerate in education, the adoption of
digital platforms such as electronic communication systems, digital libraries,
digital signatures, document management systems, electronic contracts, digital
learning materials, online teaching, and e-learning has significantly improved
school management and teaching effectiveness. However, these benefits also
bring increasing cybersecurity risks, particularly concerning the protection of
sensitive data belonging to students, parents, teachers, and schools.

During the training, participants explored the major cybersecurity risks
currently facing educational institutions, including personal data breaches,
unauthorized access to electronic school records, and scams involving
impersonation of teachers or schools to defraud parents, which may damage the
school’s reputation and threaten student safety.

The presenter introduced teachers to common cyberattacks and harmful malware,
including Adware, Spyware, Botnets, Rootkits, Trojans, and Ransomware. The
session emphasized that malware infections often result from using unlicensed
software, lacking reliable antivirus protection, connecting to unsecured public
Wi-Fi networks, or failing to install security updates promptly. Teachers also
learned to recognize warning signs such as slow computer performance, system
crashes, inaccessible files, and unusual storage usage.

Special attention was given to sophisticated phishing attacks, including
fraudulent emails, deceptive text messages, fake urgent links designed to
manipulate victims, and phone scams in which criminals impersonate teachers to
deceive parents. Teachers were equipped with practical skills to identify,
prevent, and respond confidently to these cyber threats.

In addition to practical knowledge, the training provided an overview of
Vietnam’s legal framework on information security in education, particularly
Decree No. 85/2016/ND-CP, which establishes five security classification levels
for information systems (with Level 3 applicable to the education sector and
Level 2 to schools), as well as Decision No. 1230/QD-SGDDT (Articles 4, 19, and
21) regarding teachers’ responsibilities in safeguarding information security.

Teachers were also introduced to essential cybersecurity practices, including
installing licensed antivirus software, creating strong passwords of at least
12 characters, changing passwords regularly, enabling multi-factor
authentication (MFA), backing up important data securely, locking computer
screens, and logging out of accounts after use. At the institutional level,
developing cybersecurity incident response plans and conducting regular drills
were identified as crucial long-term strategies.

A key message of the workshop highlighted that 95% of cybersecurity incidents
are caused by human factors. Therefore, every teacher and staff member plays a
vital role in preventing cyber risks and protecting the safety of students,
parents, colleagues, and school data.

At the end of the training, participants completed an online assessment and
were awarded a Cybersecurity Awareness Certificate, further strengthening their
digital competencies and promoting responsible, safe behavior in cyberspace.

Information security is not merely a technical requirement—it is a shared
responsibility and professional commitment of every member of the school
community. Through this training, Tran Hung Dao Primary School continues to
advance its digital transformation journey, proactively manage cyber risks,
place students at the center of its educational mission, build parents’ trust,
and uphold digital safety as one of its core values.
