🌻 Thực hiện kế hoạch số 08/KH-CỤM 5 TiH, sáng ngày 17/4/2026, tại Trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo, Cụm chuyên môn 5 cấp Tiểu học đã tổ chức chuyên đề “Xây dựng và đóng góp video bài giảng theo bộ sách giáo khoa thống nhất để đưa vào kho học liệu số dùng chung, trong đó chú trọng phát triển học liệu số trên nền tảng công nghệ AI” theo kế hoạch của Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo TP.HCM.
🍀 Buổi chuyên đề vinh dự đón tiếp sự tham dự của quý lãnh đạo, đại biểu, trong đó có: Bà Võ Thị Hồng Yến – Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ, Phó Trưởng phòng Văn hóa - Xã hội UBND phường Cầu Ông Lãnh; Bà Đậu Thị Huế – Chuyên viên Phòng Giáo dục Phổ thông, Sở GD&ĐT TP.HCM, cùng đông đảo cán bộ quản lý và giáo viên đến từ các trường tiểu học trong Cụm chuyên môn 5.
🍀 Trong phần báo cáo chuyên đề, đại diện Trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo, thầy Phạm Hoàng Long – giáo viên nhiều môn và thầy Nguyễn Duy Trọng – giáo viên Tin học đã trình bày những nội dung trọng tâm về vai trò của học liệu số trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số giáo dục; đồng thời giới thiệu và hướng dẫn sử dụng các công cụ trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong xây dựng video bài giảng một cách trực quan, hiệu quả. Báo cáo đặc biệt nhấn mạnh việc khai thác hệ sinh thái công cụ AI của Google (Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo 3, NotebookLM) và Google AI Studio để thiết kế học liệu số phong phú như văn bản, hình ảnh, video và học liệu tương tác; đồng thời trang bị cho giáo viên kiến thức, kỹ năng thiết lập câu lệnh (Prompt Engineering), giúp khai thác AI đúng hướng, an toàn và phù hợp với mục tiêu dạy học. Nội dung báo cáo được triển khai rõ ràng, gắn với thực tiễn giảng dạy và có tính ứng dụng cao.
🌻 Tiếp nối chương trình là phần thực hành vận dụng, các thầy cô giáo tham gia thảo luận, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và trực tiếp thiết kế các hoạt động dạy học có ứng dụng AI. Không khí làm việc tích cực, sôi nổi đã góp phần lan tỏa tinh thần đổi mới, sáng tạo trong toàn cụm.
🍀 Cuối buổi chuyên đề, Bà Đậu Thị Huế đã triển khai hai văn bản quan trọng: Quyết định số 3439/QĐ-BGDĐT của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo về việc ban hành khung nội dung thí điểm giáo dục trí tuệ nhân tạo cho học sinh phổ thông; Quyết định số 791/QĐ-SGDĐT của Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo TP.HCM về việc ban hành quy chế định danh, quản lý, khai thác và chia sẻ học liệu số trên hệ thống dùng chung của ngành. Những nội dung chỉ đạo đã giúp định hướng rõ ràng cho các nhà trường trong việc triển khai ứng dụng AI và phát triển học liệu số một cách hiệu quả, đồng bộ và đúng quy định.
🎉 Chuyên đề khép lại trong không khí trang trọng, ý nghĩa, để lại nhiều giá trị thiết thực. Với vai trò đơn vị thực hiện báo cáo chuyên đề, Trường Tiểu học Trần Hưng Đạo đã hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao, góp phần vào thành công chung của hoạt động và lan tỏa tinh thần đổi mới, sáng tạo trong dạy học.

🎬 Professional Workshop: Developing and
Contributing Instructional Videos Based on the Unified Textbook Series
🌻 In accordance with Plan No. 08/KH-CỤM 5 TiH,
on the morning of April 17, 2026, Tran Hung Dao Primary School hosted a
professional workshop for Primary School Professional Cluster 5 entitled
“Developing and Contributing Instructional Videos Based on the Unified Textbook
Series for the Shared Digital Learning Resource Repository, with a Focus on
AI-Powered Digital Learning Resources.” The workshop was organized in line with
the implementation plan of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and
Training.
🍀 The event was honored by the presence of
distinguished guests and educational leaders, including Ms. Vo Thi Hong Yen,
Member of the Party Executive Committee and Deputy Head of the Culture and
Social Affairs Division of the Cau Ong Lanh Ward People’s Committee; Ms. Dau
Thi Hue, Specialist from the General Education Division of the Ho Chi Minh City
Department of Education and Training; together with school leaders and teachers
from primary schools across Professional Cluster 5.
🍀 During the keynote presentation,
representatives of Tran Hung Dao Primary School—Mr. Pham Hoang Long, a
multi-subject teacher, and Mr. Nguyen Duy Trong, an Information Technology
teacher—presented key topics on the role of digital learning resources in the
context of educational digital transformation. They also introduced practical
applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in creating engaging and effective
instructional videos.
The presentation highlighted Google’s AI ecosystem, including Gemini,
Nano Banana, Lyria 3, Veo 3.1, NotebookLM, and Google AI Studio, demonstrating
how these tools can be used to develop diverse digital learning resources such
as teaching materials, illustrations, educational songs, instructional videos,
and interactive learning activities. In addition, teachers received practical
guidance on Prompt Engineering, enabling them to use AI safely, responsibly,
and effectively in alignment with educational objectives. The content was
clearly presented, closely connected to classroom practice, and highly
applicable to daily teaching.
🌻 The workshop continued with a hands-on
practice session in which teachers collaborated, exchanged professional
experiences, and designed AI-supported teaching activities. The enthusiastic
participation and collaborative atmosphere reflected a strong commitment to
innovation and creativity across the professional cluster.
🍀 At the conclusion of the workshop, Ms. Dau
Thi Hue introduced two important policy documents:
* Decision No. 3439/QĐ-BGDĐT issued by the Ministry of Education and
Training, establishing the pilot AI Education Competency Framework for general
education students.
* Decision No. 791/QĐ-SGDĐT issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department
of Education and Training, providing regulations for the identification,
management, use, and sharing of digital learning resources within the city’s
shared educational resource system.
These guidelines offered schools a clear direction for implementing AI
in education and developing high-quality digital learning resources in a
consistent, effective, and compliant manner.
🎉 The workshop concluded in a meaningful and
professional atmosphere, leaving participants with valuable knowledge and
practical experience. As the host and presenting school, Tran Hung Dao Primary
School successfully fulfilled its role, contributing to the overall success of
the event while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and
educational excellence.
